Visual Identity

Today's reading assignment tasked us with skimming two visual identity guides from two different university's: Grand Valley State and George Mason.

Being an advertising major, this information for the most part seem natural and a little bit like common sense. Each guide specified how to create publications that were related to the school, no matter what they were, so that they could have the same consistent image that is acceptable by standards.

This is obviously important for the school to have out and necessary to keep the public thinking the exact same thing each time they see respective logos, etc.

All in all, fairly simple reading assignments... just wait until my post tomorrow though in which I no doubt will complain effortlessly about how terrible my Module 3 paper is going to turn out, haha.
