This article from the Web Design Journal was SO intriguing. It is brilliant that the designer mention, Mike Rohde, invented a system of note-taking that involves both drawing and writing, while taking the main idea out of what he is hearing all along.
I also loved that there were examples from three talks he has been to, all of which sounded extremely interesting to have been in attendance in the first place.
All in all, great reading. Probably a good thing it was saved for toward the end of class.
I wish it were easy enough to attempt that I could use such a skill to take notes in all of my classes. I'd probably actually listen more to my professors and enjoy being in lectures way more.
